Beef Broccoli (HCG P2, Low Cal, Sugar Free)

Asian-inspired beef broccoli that is super easy and delicious.  Perfect for a low maintenance weeknight dinner. HCG P2 Approved, Low Calorie, Sugar Free.

Broccoli Beef

Beef broccoli is my longtime hands-down favorite Chinese takeout dish.  I order it pretty much every time I get takeout.  This dish was inspired by my craving for my favorite dish.

Beef Broccoli (HCG P2, Low Cal, Sugar Free)

Ingredients

  • 2 Cups Broccoli Florets
  • 100 Grams Lean Ground Beef
  • 5 sprays Brags Liquid Aminos
  • 1 tsp Grated Ginger
  • 1/2 Red Onion Finely Diced
  • Salt/Pepper
  • 1/4 Cup Low Sodium Chicken Broth

Instructions

  1. 1. In a nonstick pan over medium high heat sear off beef and onions.
  2. 2. Add grated ginger and spray brags after beef is fully cooked
  3. 3. Wash and chop up 2 cups of small broccoli florets or use frozen broccoli florets
  4. 4. Add broccoli and sautee with beef mixture for 2 min and season with salt and pepper
  5. 5. Finally add in chicken broth and lid it for 3-5 minutes depending on how done you like your broccoli.
  6. 6. Serve hot and enjoy!
